Same-day shipment does not mean same-day delivery.
Once an order is transferred to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the selected shipping service and carrier network.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been processed and shipped, applicable tracking information will be provided.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered during checkout is complete and accurate.
Elite Forge is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.

Lost or Missing Packages
If a carrier's tracking system shows an order as delivered but you cannot locate the package, please contact the carrier first and verify the delivery location.
You may also contact Elite Forge so our support team can review the order information and available shipment records.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please document the condition of the package and contact Elite Forge promptly.
Photos of the exterior packaging, shipping label, and affected product may be requested to assist with the review.
Address Changes
Customers should verify their shipping information before completing checkout.
If you need to change an address after placing an order, contact us immediately.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or been shipped, we may be unable to modify the destination.
Research-Use-Only Shipping
